By booking an appointment with us you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Booking & Cancellation
- All your bookings will receive email confirmation at time of booking and text/email reminder 24hrs prior to appointment and a text reminder 2 hours before your appointment, it is therefore essential we have your correct details. • As much notice as possible is required for cancellation / change / rearrangement of your appointment. Less than 3 hours notice or no showing will result in you being charged in full. If you repeatedly no-show or do not give the required amount of notice to cancel/change your appointment, you will be asked to pay for all future appointments in advance. This means you will be put onto our pre-pay-only option which means you will only be able to book future appointments online by entering your card details. The pay will be taken 1 hour before your appointment time.
- We reserve the right to take 100% payment for no shows’ as we are unable to fill your reserved treatment time. No further appointments will be booked until this is paid.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you book in for all treatments for gift vouchers prior to expiry dates.
- You will have access and be able to easily modify your appointments via our custom Luke Cutz app which is available on Apple and Android.
Payment Information
Credit & Debit Cards
- By selecting “Reserve With Card” you can attach a payment to your reservation, a convenient way to save time on the day of your service. The payment will not be processed at the time of the booking but will be processed at the time of your service. By selecting “Reserve” your card details will not be required but authorise the shop to charge for your appointment. You will not be charged should you cancel/reschedule your appointment 3 hours before your appointment is scheduled to begin. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. We accept card – payments over £25. Cash is required for payments of £25 and under.
Gift Vouchers
- All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments and products.
- When booking, please advise that you have a gift voucher.
Loyalty Cards
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
- Our loyalty scheme is managed via our booking system. You will receive £5 off on your tenth service over the value of £10.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
General Salon Terms
- Please advise us of any medical conditions or changes to medical conditions.
- Payment can be made by cash or card. Cash IS REQUIRED for transactions £20 and under. We reserve the right to alter this when necessary due to price alterations.
- Personal data taken from clients during the consultation process is required for Insurance and License as well as safe treatment advice. Data is kept and stored confidentially and used for treatment assessment, booking systems and occasionally to advice you of salon promotions or news.
- We reserve to alter prices without prior notice.
